Driver requirements
Minimum age 18. A valid B or A1 licence is required for 125 cc; non-EU drivers require an International Driving Permit.
Tourist and recreational use only on paved roads open to traffic. Leaving Italy requires written authorization.
Verified rental conditions
Cancellation
More than 48 hours: full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund. Bad weather does not automatically entitle a refund; a voucher may be offered.
Fuel and return
Return with the same fuel level and at the agreed time. Delays over 30 minutes incur a one-day charge. Out-of-hours return must be agreed; an unagreed return has a €30 surcharge.
Roadside assistance
Included for mechanical breakdowns not caused by the customer. Flat tyres, running out of fuel, lost keys, inexperience or accident-related recovery are charged to the customer.
Accidents
Contact Limone Bike Rental, complete the accident form and call the authorities when necessary. The contract requires reporting within four hours.
