No upfront payment
Payment is always made directly at the shop. We don't ask you to pay in advance when you send your reservation request.
Rain or a change of plans? Let us know.
If you need to cancel, it rains or you'd like to change the day, please tell us as soon as you can — preferably with a WhatsApp message. That way we can release the bicycles for other guests and check a new date with you.
All our bike accessories are free
Helmet, lock, lights and phone holder are included at no extra cost. Child seats and dog baskets are also free: request them when booking so we can check the right bicycle and availability.

We are open all year. In winter, our Via IV Novembre 20 shop welcomes you by advance reservation. Planning a winter ride? Send us a WhatsApp message to confirm at least one day before you come to Via IV Novembre 20.
Child seat: up to 22 kg, on E-Trekking, E-City or City Bike only. Rear dog basket: dogs up to 10 kg, on E-Trekking only. Both are subject to availability and a compatible setup.
